Key Features
Form
Pursuing the origins of the WYVERN series: "∅ (zero)"
Inheriting the spirit of the WYVERN series, this full-face helmet features a sharp chin bar design and a shell shape with minimal undulations, recreating a stylish frontal form. It is a distinctive model among the SHOEI NEO CLASSIC LINE.
Ventilation System
Functionality and classic design
The wind taken in from the lower air intake is directed inside the shield, functioning as a defroster, eliminating fogging.
The three slits on the left and right sides of the chin bar are not only reminiscent of the design of the old WYVERN series, but also function as lower air outlets to expel hot air from the cheek area. The air passes through the air route inside the chin bar and is expelled from the cheek pad area, where heat tends to build up. The
upper air intake and top air outlet were also designed after extensive testing in our large-scale wind tunnel testing facility, and are shaped to enhance the design of the WYVERN ∅ while also providing excellent ventilation.
■Lower Air Intake Shutter LeverIn
order to recreate the unique and stylish front form of the WYVERN series, the lower air intake shutter lever is installed inside, improving functionality without compromising the design.
Shield System
The WYVERN ∅ inherits the traditional shell design while incorporating SHOEI's latest technology to provide a comfortable riding experience that is in line with the modern era. The shield equipped on the WYVERN ∅ is the CWR-F2 shield. The curvature and thickness of the shield are optimized depending on the part, improving optical properties and minimizing distortion for an even clearer field of vision. The quadratic curved shield also accentuates the sharp form of the WYVERN ∅, achieving a balance between SHOEI's latest technology and design.
■ Visibility when using anti-fog sheet
The anti-fog sheet is included as standard, preventing fogging and ensuring clear visibility even when riding in conditions where the shield is prone to fogging, such as rain or low temperatures.

■Shield center
lock system By adopting a center lock system, deflection during shield opening and closing is reduced, improving operability and also increasing the adhesion between the shield and window beading (window rubber).
■Shield adjustment lever
The shield adjustment lever equipped on the shield base allows you to fine-tune the fit of the shield by about 1 mm on both sides by moving the lever to the adjustment position.
■Anti-fog sheet pin
The compactly designed CWR-F2 shield base has the anti-fog sheet attachment pin positioned at the rear, allowing the anti-fog sheet to cover almost the entire field of view. This significantly improves side visibility. In addition, the shield comes standard with an anti-fog sheet that prevents fogging, which can easily occur in rainy or cold weather, and maintains clear visibility at all times.
Quiet design
Reducing noise generation and increasing quietness inside the helmet increases the rider's ability to concentrate on riding and reduces fatigue. The vortex generators installed on the CWR-F2 shield reduce turbulence of the wind on the side of the shield near the rider's ears, reducing wind noise.
■Vortex Generator:
We tested various patterns with different shapes, numbers, and spacing in our own large wind tunnel facility, and ultimately pursued and perfected the most effective shape.
■Ear space:
Equipped with ear pads that prevent sound from entering the ears. The ear pad plates are perforated to prevent sound from reverberating inside the helmet even when the ear pads are removed.
Interior
It combines a soft fit with comfort while riding.
The interior surface fabric is a hybrid of highly moisture-wicking and quick-drying fabric in areas where sweat is likely to accumulate, and soft, raised fabric in areas that rub against the skin when putting on and taking off the helmet.
The newly designed cheek pads have a voluminous bottom edge, and their soft conformability around the neck creates a comfortable fit and prevents noise from entering.
Emergency Quick Release System
EQRS(Emergency Quick Release System)
An emergency helmet removal system for use in the event of an accident.
This system allows third parties to more quickly provide first aid in the unlikely event that a rider requires first aid. While speed is essential when providing first aid, removing a helmet from a rider requires careful attention. EQRS is equipped with special ribbons on the cheek pads. By pulling these ribbons, the cheek pads can be easily removed from the helmet. By pulling out the cheek pads that hold the rider's cheeks, the helmet can be easily removed from the rider.
*Do not use EQRS when removing cheek pads for maintenance or other purposes.
I put my fingers on the red ribbon and pulled it out.
